Nikolaus Niebler
Lawyer from 1991 to 2025, Legal Advisor (Senior Advisor) since 2025

After studying in Heidelberg, he has been a legal counsel and head of the legal department in various companies since 1989, primarily in the pharmaceutical and software sectors, including the DAX company Merck KGaA, and a longstanding legal counsel at VWR International GmbH in Darmstadt (2004 to 2017), one of the leading international full-service laboratory suppliers.

His main area of expertise is international contract law (German/English). Mr. Niebler also has extensive experience in labour and corporate law.

He has returned his lawyer´s license and is associated with STADLER Rechtsanwälte as legal advisor (Senior Advisor) in a shared office without joint liability since 2025.
